Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT):

Massage Heights Colorado Springs are massage and skincare retreats that are locally owned and operated by small business owners. Our Colorado native owners are passionate about sustaining a culture of care and creating a work environment where people feel valued, accepted, and inspired. We offer massage therapy and skincare in beautiful, serene environments and are committed to supporting our members and guests’ wellness goals through providing therapeutic and healing services.

Responsibilities:

· Combine your skills and techniques alongside the modalities we offer to give a customized service tailored to each guest.

· Ability to offer each guest an enhanced experience using Hot Stones, Cupping, and Aromatherapy.

· Perform and recommend protocols with consistency and compliance with brand standards.

· Promote therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy.

· Build relationships with your clientele to help them meet their self-care goals.

· Confidently, knowledgeably educate guests about services, products, and programs.

Qualifications:

· Hold current state license and liability insurance to practice massage therapy.

· Capable of effectively performing full body 50-minute massage services.

· Excellent at guest communication.

· Availability to work some nights and weekends (our busiest times).

· Pass background check.

Competitive Compensation Structure: Base hourly pay plus tips & commission. Ranging from $45-$60 per hour.

Benefits: PTO, Discounted Health Insurance, Sick Pay, Disability insurance options.

Flexible Scheduling: Part time or Full time – we are looking for the right team member, not just the schedule we need to fill.

Compensation: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
